Job Description: Front Desk office administrative person for a Century 21 Real Estate office. This person will answer phones, greet customers, assist branch manager, set up files, enter listing and sales data into the MLS system, complete financial reports in an Excel format order supplies etc

Hours: Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 1:00pm. ( some flexibility available. )

Location: North Seattle Office near the Northgate Mall

Personality: We are looking for someone who wants a long term part time position and has a friendly & positive attitude towards both customers and coworkers. We want a team player who encourages others to do their best and sets a positive example. We also want someone who is proactive in finding things to do around the office even when there are gaps in the workload. Professional appearance is a must.

Skills: 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Easily adapts to new computer programs
  • Understands reporting and maintaining reports
  • Attention to detail is important
  • Able to meet deadlines

Compensation: $10.50 – 11.50 per hour depending upon experience

Paid holidays, vacation time days and sick leave is included.
