Shini is very patient and knowledgable regarding real estate, she is not pushy and will have your back for every step purchasing a new house. I was having some issue with the loan application and risking losing all of my earnest money due to not able to close. Shini jumps to help immediately and made the critical decision to use another loaner, and helped extended the closing date to avoid any late fees.
